Lead Well — From The Inside Out.
Leadership coaching for Christian women who are ready to grow — not just in what they do, but in who they are as they lead.
You’re Already Leading.
You've built something real. A business, a team, a ministry — something that matters and requires your steady hand.
You show up. You follow through. You carry responsibility with care.
And yet — if you're honest — you may sense that there's a version of your leadership that is more grounded, more intentional, and more effective than the one you're currently living.
This isn’t because something is wrong with how you lead now — but because you know that growth doesn't stop at a certain level of success.
The women who lead well over the long term are the ones who keep developing — quietly, deliberately, and with real intention.
That's what this work is about.
The Three Areas We Work On Together
Leadership development is rarely about one thing.
Growth in how you lead tends to touch several dimensions at once — which is why our work together is organized around three interconnected pillars:
-
Relational Dynamics
How you communicate, collaborate, and lead the people around you.
Leadership is, at its core, relational. The quality of your relationships — with your team, your peers, your clients, and those you serve — shapes almost everything else.
In this area, we examine how you communicate, how you delegate, how you navigate difficulty with people, and how you lead others in a way that is both clear and kind. We'll look at where your relational patterns serve you well, and where they may quietly be costing you.
-
Strategic Clarity
How you think, decide, and prioritize — in business and in life.
High-capacity women often carry more than they need to — more decisions, more directions, more demands on their time and attention. The result is a kind of low-grade noise that makes it difficult to think clearly and move decisively.
This pillar is about cutting through that noise. Together, we'll work on business direction, time stewardship, decision-making, and the discipline of discerning what is truly yours to carry — and what can be released, delegated, or set aside entirely.
-
Powerful Leadership Skills
How you show up — consistently, confidently, and with intention.
There is a kind of leadership that is reactive, circumstance-driven, inconsistent under pressure. And then there is leadership that is grounded, composed, and quietly authoritative — the kind that others follow not out of obligation, but out of genuine respect.
This pillar focuses on developing that quality of presence. We work on how you lead under pressure, how you communicate your convictions, how you hold your authority with both strength and grace — and how to grow a leadership voice that is distinctly, authentically yours.
Hi, I’m Donna.
Over the years, I've noticed something consistent: no matter the setting, people tend to open up to me.
What begins as a simple conversation often becomes something more meaningful. People find themselves sharing not only their circumstances, but the deeper challenges they're quietly carrying — about their teams, their decisions, their direction, and what it truly means to lead well.
And in those moments, I'm able to listen carefully, discern what's beneath the surface, and help them see connections — and a path forward — that may not have been visible before.
I've seen it across many settings and seasons of life: The women who grow into their most effective, most grounded leadership are rarely the ones who simply work harder. They're the ones who invest in developing how they lead — their self-awareness, their relational intelligence, their capacity to think clearly and act decisively under pressure.
That kind of development doesn't happen by accident. It happens in intentional spaces, with someone who will be honest with you, hold you to what you're capable of, and meet you with steadiness along the way.
That's what I'm here to offer.
If you're a woman who leads with faith as your foundation — and you're ready to grow into a stronger, more skilled, more grounded version of that leadership — I'd be honored to do this work alongside you.
Who This Work Is For
This work is for a particular kind of woman:
You’re leading in business or entrepreneurship — and your faith is not separate from that work; it is the foundation of it.
You’re not looking for a shortcut or a formula. You’re willing to do the honest, reflective work that real development requires.
You want to grow not only in your results, but in how you lead — the quality of your relationships, the clarity of your thinking, the steadiness of your presence.
You sense that there is a more skilled, more grounded version of your leadership waiting to be developed…
And you’re ready to step into it.
How It Works
Coaching with me is conducted one-on-one via Zoom, in a private and confidential setting.
We begin with a short application to help me get to know about you and your goals.
If it seems like we’re a good fit, we can book a short connection call— a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we can determine together whether this is the right path for where you are and where you want to go.
From there, we'll structure an engagement that fits your season and your goals.

What It’s Like To Work In A Coaching Container With Me
My coaching is similar to the work I do with my Confidante clients: You'll find the same unhurried presence, the same safety to speak honestly, the same sense that you are being genuinely heard — and not rushed toward a tidy answer before the real one has had time to surface.
But coaching asks something more of you than simply being heard.
In our time together, I will listen carefully — and I will also ask the questions that gently challenge what you've assumed. I'll reflect back what I notice, including the things that may be difficult to see from where you're standing. I'll hold you to the clearer, more capable version of your leadership that I can often see before you can.
It is direct, but never harsh. Honest, but always kind.
You may arrive to a session certain about what you want to work on — and leave having worked on something deeper. That's not uncommon. Good coaching has a way of finding the real thing.
What you can count on, in every session, is this: I will be fully present with you. I will take your leadership seriously. And I will never treat lightly the responsibility you carry or the growth you're reaching for.
Warm in tone. Purposeful in practice.
And always, deeply committed to your development as a leader.
A Note On The Path Forward…
Many of the women I work with in leadership coaching eventually arrive at a natural threshold.
They've grown. Their skills have sharpened. Their leadership has deepened. And they begin to sense that what they need next is something different — not more skill-building, but a private, ongoing space for the higher-level, more nuanced work of sustained leadership at the top.
That is precisely what the Leaders' Confidante exists to offer.
Coaching builds the foundation. The Confidante deepens it.
There is no rush to that transition — and no pressure toward it.
But it is worth knowing that the path, if you choose to walk it, has a natural and meaningful next step.
Ready to Begin?
If you're ready to grow in how you lead — to develop the skills, the clarity, and the grounded presence that will carry you further — I'd be glad to connect.
The first step is simply a conversation.
